Mission/Vision:
Local Self Government under the statute consisting of the local people as representatives to the Council for carrying out the functions as provided under the Odisha Municipal Act/Rules for the public health, safety and convenience of the citizens of the town Development of all rounds and drains with preparation of a drainage master plan, systematic sewerage system, providing streetlights to all streets needing such facility till now, renovation of all ponds, holistic development of Smart Park & Crematorium and enhancing the financial status of the poor people by various welfare schemes and self employment provisions so as not find a single individual with the status of below poverty line.
